The following items are excluded and CAN NOT be exchanged/returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items purchased with a discount code
  • BOGO items
  • Hats
  • Jewelry
  • Sunglasses
  • Stockings/Tights
  • Socks
  • Mask
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
  • Items that do not have ALL tags attached 
  • Gift Cards
  • Shipping fees

Can I get my money back?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't in love with your items for any reason, you will receive a STORE CREDIT for your purchase. As long as it is returned within the 7 day period. NO REFUNDS.

Please see the above list of items that are ineligible for return/store credit. 

**In the event an item is exchanged rather than store credit provided, only one exchange will be allotted per transaction.


How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to send back your return.


What happens if my return is received after the 7th calendar day?

Any returns received after the 7th calendar day will NOT be accepted.

It will be returned to you and additional shipping fees may occur.  


What do I include with my return ?

Original Sales Invoice must be included with the return along with the reason for the return.


What do I do if my item is damaged or I received the incorrect item ?

Damage items must be reported via email within 2 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned. Damaged returns not reported within 2 day time frame along with proof of damage will NOT be accepted.

Please note that any damage noted to the packaging occurred in transit and should be reported to your local post office.

If WE send you the incorrect item(s) email us within 2 days of receiving the item, along with proof. Then ship it back to us within 7days of the delivery date and we will send you back the correct item at no additional charge.


Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.


How soon will I receive my store credit or refund?

Once we have received your return, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your store credit to be issued. You will receive an email with the store credit information.  

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items are packaged securely to reduce damage during handling and It is recommended that tracking/insurance be placed on items that are being returned. Please note that Ta-Shonna’s Boutique is not responsible for items returned to us that can not be confirmed as delivered. 

If any returns do not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/store credit if the return guidelines outlined above are not met.
